本政策適用於 J. WASPY CONCEPT CO., LIMITED（「我們」）獨立站的所有訂單。下單前請確認收件人、電話及地址完整正確。

訂單處理

一般訂單會在付款確認後 1–3 個工作天內處理（星期六、日及香港公眾假期除外）。預售、訂製、個人化或缺貨補貨商品的預計出貨日以商品頁或訂單通知為準。促銷及節日期間或需額外時間。

配送方式與時效

香港本地一般配送約 2–5 個工作天；其他地區一般約 7–14 個工作天。以上均為出貨後估算，不屬保證送達日期。偏遠地區、海關、惡劣天氣、航班或承運商延誤可能影響時效。可配送地區、運費及可用服務會在結帳頁顯示。

追蹤、關稅與交付

如提供追蹤服務，出貨後會以電郵發送追蹤資料。國際訂單的關稅、進口稅、清關費或當地徵費（如有）由收件人承擔，除非結帳頁另有說明。包裹按客戶提供的地址交付；因地址錯誤、拒收、無人接收或未繳稅而退回，重新寄送費及相關成本可由客戶承擔。

遺失、損壞或錯件

收到明顯破損、錯誤商品或追蹤顯示已送達但未收到，請於 48 小時內聯絡我們，並提供訂單號碼、包裝及商品照片。若包裹長時間沒有追蹤更新，也請儘快聯絡；我們會協助向承運商查詢，但調查時間及結果受承運商規則約束。

This policy applies to all orders placed with J. WASPY CONCEPT CO., LIMITED. Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, phone number and delivery address.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays. Pre-order, made-to-order, personalised or restocking items follow the estimate shown on the product page or order notice. Promotions and holidays may require additional time.

Methods and estimates

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 business days within Hong Kong and 7–14 business days for other destinations. Estimates are not guaranteed. Remote-area service, customs, weather, flight disruption and carrier delays may affect delivery. Available destinations, methods and charges appear at checkout.

Tracking, duties and delivery

Where tracking is available, details are emailed after dispatch. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and local levies. Costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery or unpaid duties may be charged before redelivery.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parcels

Contact us within 48 hours if a parcel arrives visibly damaged, contains the wrong item, or is marked delivered but cannot be found. Include the order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We will assist with the carrier investigation, subject to its procedures and outcome.
