如改變主意，可在收到商品後 14 日內提出退貨申請。未經批准而寄回的商品可能不獲接納。
退貨資格
商品必須未穿著、未清洗、未改動、無氣味或污漬，吊牌及衛生封條完整，並連同原包裝及購買證明退回。鞋履及配飾應在不損壞原包裝的情況下試用。
不可退貨商品
因衛生或個人化原因，內衣、泳裝（若衛生封條已移除）、耳飾、化妝／美容品、口罩、訂製或刻字商品、禮品卡，以及清楚標示為不可退貨的最終折扣商品不設退貨；瑕疵或錯件除外。
申請及寄回
請電郵提供訂單號碼、欲退商品及原因。我們確認後會提供退貨指示。除商品瑕疵、錯件或法律另有規定外，退貨運費及寄送風險由客戶承擔；建議使用可追蹤服務。原配送費通常不予退還。
檢查與退款
退件送達後一般在 5 個工作天內檢查。獲批退款會退回原付款方式，通常需 7–10 個工作天顯示，實際時間視銀行或支付機構而定。若商品不符合退貨條件，我們可拒絕退款並聯絡客戶安排取回。優惠、套裝或贈品訂單退貨時，退款可按實際支付金額及未退回贈品價值重新計算。
本政策不限制香港適用法律下不可排除的消費者權利。

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving an item. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from odour or stains, with tags and hygiene seals intact, original packaging and proof of purchase. Shoes and accessories must be tried without damaging their packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene or personalisation reasons, underwear, swimwear with a removed hygiene seal, earrings, cosmetics/beauty products, masks, made-to-order or engraved items, gift cards and clearly marked final-sale items cannot be returned, except where defective or incorrect.
Request and shipment
Email your order number, item and reason. We will send return instructions if approved. Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise, return postage and transit risk are the customer’s responsibility; tracked service is recommended. Original delivery charges are normally non-refundable.
Inspection and refund
Returns are normally inspected within 5 business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider. Promotions, sets and gifts may be recalculated based on the amount paid and any gift not returned. This policy does not limit non-excludable statutory rights.
