我們致力提供清晰、尊重及一致的服務。客服一般於星期一至五 10:00–18:00（香港時間，公眾假期除外）處理訊息，目標在 2 個工作天內回覆；促銷或假期或需較長時間。

訂單與售後

客戶有責任提供準確資料並在付款前核對商品、尺碼及數量。訂單一經出貨即不能直接取消。品質問題請在收貨後 48 小時內連同照片提出；我們會按商品情況、使用及保養記錄合理評估。

商品資訊與庫存

我們努力確保價格、描述、圖片及庫存準確，但可在發現明顯錯誤、缺貨、支付風險或無法履約時更正資料或取消並退款。網站圖片因螢幕及批次可能有合理差異。

禮貌、安全與投訴

我們不接受威脅、歧視、騷擾、欺詐或濫用退貨服務；在合理情況下可限制服務或保留紀錄。投訴請以電郵提供訂單號碼、事件日期、事實及期望處理方式；如首次回覆未解決，可要求升級覆核。我們會公平處理並尊重適用法律下的權利。

網站使用

不得未經許可複製品牌內容、干擾網站、嘗試未授權存取或利用網站從事違法活動。品牌名稱、圖像、設計及內容的知識產權屬我們或相關權利人。

We aim to provide clear, respectful and consistent service. Messages are generally handled Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays, with a target response within 2 business days. Promotions and holidays may take longer.

Orders and after-sales

Customers must provide accurate information and check items, sizes and quantities before payment. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled directly. Report quality concerns with photos within 48 hours of receipt; we will assess the item, use and care history reasonably.

Information and stock

We work to keep prices, descriptions, images and stock accurate, but may correct obvious errors or cancel and refund where stock is unavailable, payment risk exists or fulfilment is impossible. Reasonable screen and production-batch variation may occur.

Conduct, complaints and website use

Threats, discrimination, harassment, fraud and return abuse are not accepted; service may reasonably be restricted and records retained. Email complaints with the order number, date, facts and desired resolution; you may request escalation if the first response does not resolve the matter.
