03 換貨政策｜Exchange Policy

可在收到商品後 14 日內申請更換同款的尺碼或顏色，視庫存而定。每件商品原則上只提供一次換貨。

換貨商品須符合退貨政策的商品狀態及例外規定。請先以電郵提供訂單號碼、原商品及所需尺碼／顏色；在收到換貨批准前請勿寄回。商品不會在申請時預留，若所需款式售罄，可選擇其他同價商品、購物額度或符合資格的退款。

除瑕疵或錯件外，寄回及重新寄送的運費由客戶承擔；跨境換貨亦可能產生稅項。價格較高的替代品須補差價，較低差價按我們確認的方式處理。

You may request one exchange per item for another size or colour of the same style within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability.

The item must satisfy the condition and exclusion rules in our Returns Policy. Email the order number, original item and requested size/colour before sending anything. Stock is not reserved when a request is made. If unavailable, we may offer another item of equal value, store credit or an eligible refund.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return and redelivery costs are the customer’s responsibility, and cross-border taxes may apply. Any higher price difference must be paid; a lower difference will be handled as confirmed by us.
